Welcome to maedusabodyjewelry. com. Maedusa Body Jewelry and team provides services to subject to notices, terms and conditions as set out below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully.

We prepare, pack and ship all orders in 24h maximum (on working days). The following table will give you estimates of the time it takes for you to receive a package, including order confirmation, packing, transit and custom clearance if needed. Beware that we cannot guarantee these estimated time.

Custom tax and duties
If you’re residing within the European Union you will not need to pay any tax and duties.
For the Rest of the World, any additional taxes, import fees, and surcharges are the only responsibility of the customer. Please check with customs of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order, for parcels that are shipped from France.
If your package is seized by customs officials for any reason whatsoever, we cannot issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition.
At the moment we only offer Regular Shipping via international registered/tracked mail. Your package will be handled by France National Post then by your local post services.
We prepare and ship your orders with much care so that they make it to their final destination without issues. Unfortunately we do not have the control over transit delays, item lost, human mistakes or other hiccups that can happen on the way. We cannot be held responsible for unsuccessful deliveries or missing parcels caused by your local postal system.
We invite your to kindly follow your order journey via the tracking link sent to your email or in your account under the “orders” tab, button “track” or via this link with your order number. You can then reach out directly to your local postal service to resolve unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other delivery-related issues (such as insufficient address information).
If your order arrived damaged, please kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and pictures of the package and the products as soon as you receive it. We will follow up quickly with you to refund or replace it.
You confirm that the credit/debit card or payment method that is being used is yours and that all details you provide to us in respect thereof including, without limitation, name and address details are complete, correct and accurate. All credit / debit / PayPal / SEPA transactions and payment account holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer or payment method provider.
If the issuer of your card or payment method refuses to authorise payment/ transaction is marked as fraudulent/ pending due to checks, we will not accept your order until payment has been verified and approved, and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for any charges or other amounts which may be applied by your card issuer or bank or payment method provider as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment or other method of payment in accordance with your order.
If your credit/debit card or payment method is not denominated in the currency of your purchase as indicated on the website, the final price may be charged in the currency of your card or account. Such final price is calculated and charged by your card issuer or bank or payment method provider and therefore we shall not be responsible for any cost, expense, charge or other liability which may be incurred or suffered by you as a result.
According to French Law, you have 14 days to change your mind and return a product. However, some products are excluded from this rule. For hygiene and sanitary reasons, and because body jewelry cannot be resold after being used, we do not accept any returns.
However, should you wish to exchange an item that you didn’t wear, please reach out to us : email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will happily help you exchange it for another item should you be willing to bear the cost of the shipping and any difference in price if needed.
If you made a mistake while ordering or wish to cancel your order, you have 24h to send us a mail (better as soon as possible) to : firstname.lastname@example.org. If you wait more than 24h, your order may have already been shipped. You will then need to wait to receive it and send it back through our return procedure.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, phone number and postal address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Maedusabodyjewlery.com is selling high quality Body Jewelry for pierced and stretched ears. Maedusabodyjewlery.com attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current. If any product ordered from maedusabodyjewlery.com that you receive isn’t described as shown on the website, it can be returned – unused – as described in our returns policy.
Material & safety
All of our products are nickel and lead free and safe for body piercing. Moreover, products under our body jewelry collection are exclusively threadless. Threadless jewelry is the current leading standard for jewelry across the piercing industry. It is the safest, most secure and confortable option. Here are some details on different material we use :
- ASTM F136 grade titanium is a particular alloy of titanium that is biocompatible and specifically refined for surgical implant applications. All of our titanium (gold or silver) threadless posts, ends and clickers are suitable for use in fresh piercings. They can also be autoclaved by piercers.
- ASTM F138 grade surgical steel is used for some piercing accessories. This material is proven biocompatible, and can be used for surgical implants and for fresh piercings.
- Stainless Steel is only for rings, necklaces and bracelets. Not suitable for piercings but 100% waterproof and rustproof, which makes it perfect for body accessories.
- Gold brass is an alloy made of copper and zinc. Silver brass contains up to 25% silver 925. They are suitable for healed piercing only. They are also not recommended for use while stretching or upsizing. Please wait to be fully healed before using it.
- Natural stone is a very safe material if of high quality. We assure you that our stone plugs are all made up to the highest quality, with fine carving and polishing that ensure not to hurt your skin.
- Glass is very safe man-made material that can take many colors. Our plugs and tunnels made from glass have high quality polish finishing to ensure smooth surface suitable for wear with stretched ears.
Please do not forget that all kind of metals, with the exception of titanium and stainless steel, are susceptible to oxidation over time, giving them a tarnished look or changing their color. This is a natural reaction, resulting from contact with oxygen and moisture in the air. It can also be aggravated by certain acidic sweat, perfumes, creams and other cosmetic and cleaning products. We cannot be held responsible for any alteration that happen to your jewelry over time.
Although our jewelry do not contain nickel or lead that are dangerous highly allergenic metal, this doesn’t ensure that you won’t get an allergic reaction. Allergies can be triggered by any kind of metal including pure silver or gold. With the exception of titanium, we cannot guarantee that our jewelry will not provoke you skin reaction. Regretfully, we do not have a warranty policy for our jewelry yet. If you receive a defective item in your order, simply reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and pictures of the product. We will take care of you from there.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

These conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regards to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute relating to any activity on maedusabodyjewelry.com or the purchase of any products shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in France, unless you have in some way threatened or violated maedusabodyjewelry.com’s intellectual property rights, whereby we may seek an injunctive.
